We offer comfortable and relaxing accommodations, but please note that this is not an entertainment venue. All forms of gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited. According to local council requirements, guests will subsequently need to provide valid ID to complete check-in. This property prohibits any additional visitors. To ensure the quality and safety of all guests and undisturbed neighbours, please abide by the Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation. 1. The number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. A register of all guests is required. 2. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. 3. Maximum parking 3 vehicles . Please park all vehicles in our garage or the front yard. Parking on the street may result in a fine. 4. Pool is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty for the Pool . NO glassware is allowed around the swimming pool. 5. Please remain quiet after 9 Pm to 9 Am to respect our neighbours. Please ask all people to move to indoor activities after 9 PM. 6. Strictly no smoking. 7.No commercial filming or photography. Capturing images of neighbors or their private property is forbidden. 8. 3 bins can be used. If you still have more rubbish, please do not throw them in the neighbour's bin. Please seal the excess rubbish in a plastic bag and store it in our garage . Our cleaners will deal with it after you check out. 9. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. BBQ plate to be clean. Empty all rubbish to the external bins. Check-out time is 10 AM to allow cleaners to prepare the property for the next guests.
